Are leaders born or made? How about “Both!” Christ-shaped Leaders engage in the process Paul calls “taking off the old” and “putting on the new.” But Transforming Leadership doesn’t just happen automatically. We have to have a vision for it, an intention to engage it, and the means to achieve it.

Our upcoming ThinkNEXT will help you envision some practical means of Transforming Leadership… both in the leaders around you and the leader within you.

Our tour guide will be Sharon Hargrave, of the Boone Center for the Family, at Pepperdine. Sharon and her husband, Terry, have developed RelateStrong, a relational therapy approach for engaging the Spirit’s reshaping processes thoughtfully. Several of our Nexus leaders and couples have enjoyed previous opportunities to learn from Sharon, and we’re excited to have her come to help us engage in Transforming Leadership.
