Raising Up Leaders From The Harvest, For The Harvest
If you have a shortage of leaders or bad* ones, the impact is felt throughout your entire church.
Maybe you know the feeling….
- Are there multiple areas where you need new leaders?
- Are existing leaders failing to meet expectations?
- Are your FEW best leaders DOING everything?
- Is staff stressed out?
- Do you feel like you’re falling short of your mission and vision?
When you are working so hard to make “ministry” happen it can feel like there’s no time for developing leaders, but if identifying and developing leaders is never practiced intentionally how can you expect the cycle of NEEDING leaders to end? Or how can you expect to raise up leaders that would one day go out to plant churches?
So BRING YOUR WHOLE TEAM and join us for ThinkNEXT in Dallas on March 1-3!
Executive Director – Nexus Church Planting & Leader Care
Phil and Barb started their first church straight out of seminary and consider themselves missionaries to the North American continent. Their first assignment was to “start a church for unchurched people using only unchurched people to do it.” It was an exciting ride… The Claycomb’s stayed in hands-on church planting for 13 years, planting 2 churches which each planted a daughter church. In 2001 Phil and Barb transitioned into a coaching and training role, helping other church planters pursue their own callings. Phil worked with Stadia: new church strategies from 2001-2005. The Claycomb’s moved to Texas in 2006 and launched Nexus: church planting leadership. Phil and Barb enjoy working together to support church-planting couples and families.
Founder – Multiply Group
Over the past 30 years, Mac has been privileged to serve in various ministry roles (from youth pastor to leadership development pastor) as well as various consulting and strategic roles related to building up leaders for church plants. As a pastor, he has served at Pawleys Island Community Church, the Carolina Forest Community Church in Myrtle Beach, SC, and Seacoast Church. In 2011 he started the Multiply Group, a church planting agency that now serves under the direction of the North American Mission Board as a service to help other networks and denominations in their church planting efforts. His passion is helping churches produce a clear leadership pathway and strategy that result in an abundant harvest of multiplying leaders.
Director of Leadership Training – Central India Christian Mission
Josh has been living in India since 2008 and has a passion to see the Kingdom of God spread throughout the world. He desires to raise up disciples who make disciples, leaders who create leaders, and churches that plant churches. In order to see this happen, Josh is overseeing the Bible college at Central India Christian Mission (CICM), which prepares church planters to go to unreached areas in India and the surrounding countries. Besides God’s grace through Jesus, He is most thankful for his wife Lashi and his two sons, Josiah and Jeremiah.
